OUR APPROACH
GreenFin invests throughout the capital structure and is adept with traditional and non-traditional investment structures. We work primarily with small and mid-sized businesses in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. We execute both control and structured minority transactions and engage with a wide variety of investment situations, including recapitalizations, industry consolidations, business expansions, divestments and turnarounds.
Our portfolio projects benefit from synergies and economies of scale. We organise the necessary management, financial, technical and operational capabilities and services over the lifecycle of the projects.
